About the role

The Part-Time Core Sales Associate will be responsible for delivering a world-class experience, surpassing sales goals, and engaging fans through innovative methods. This position requires a genuine connection with customers and the ability to build brand loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Build genuine connections with fans through exceptional product knowledge and customer engagement.
• Create memorable shopping experiences that exceed customer expectations.
• Craft loyal fans by fostering lasting connections beyond transactions.
• Uphold merchandising and retail operational standards to ensure a smooth and on-brand store environment.
• Deliver on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), be fully cross-trained across store functions, and mentor new team members.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a high-performance selling environment.
• Developed sense of care in communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to charm and captivate audiences, connecting with people at all organizational levels.
• At least 18 years old and able to provide proof of identification and eligibility to work.

Qualifications

• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Availability of at least 20 hours per week, with a preference for a consistent schedule.
• Dependable, regularly scheduled during peak hours or critical shifts, including weekends.

Pay

$13.00 per hour - $14.50 per hour commensurate with experience.

Schedule

A flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays. Typically up to 12 hours per base week, increasing to 21 hours during peak weeks (not to exceed 30 hours per week).
