The Part-Time Core Sales Associate will be responsible for delivering a world-class experience, surpassing sales goals, and engaging fans through innovative methods. This position requires a strong passion for the brand and the ability to build genuine connections with customers.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a strong relationship with fans, fostering long-term loyalty.
• Engage fans through storytelling and product demonstrations, inspiring them to express their personal stories through jewelry.
• Ensure smooth store operations by adhering to merchandising and retail standards.
• Support new team members by mentoring and providing guidance.
• Deliver on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and maintain cross-functional training.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a high-performance selling environment.
• Developed sense of care in communication, both written and verbal.
• Ability to charm and captivate audiences, connecting with people at all organizational levels.
• Age 18 or older and able to provide identification and work authorization.

Qualifications

• Results-oriented with a track record of exceeding sales goals.
• Passionate about the brand and eager to contribute to its success.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Availability for a minimum of 20 hours per week, with preference for a consistent schedule.

Pay

$12.00 per hour - $15.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.

Schedule

A flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays. Hours typically up to 12 hours in base weeks, increasing to 21 hours during peak weeks (not to exceed 30 hours per week).
