About the role

The Part-Time Core Sales Associate will be responsible for delivering a world-class experience, surpassing sales goals, and engaging customers. This position requires the completion of an assessment after application submission.

Responsibilities

• Build genuine connections with customers, fostering lasting relationships beyond transactions.
• Share product knowledge and inspire customers to style their jewelry, expressing their loves.
• Create an unforgettable shopping experience by demonstrating excellent product knowledge and building brand loyalty.
• Uphold merchandising and retail operational standards to ensure a smooth and on-brand store environment.
• Be fully cross-trained across store functions and mentor new team members, embodying Pandora’s values of Dream, Care, Dare, and Deliver.
• Exceed individual and store sales goals by showcasing results-oriented selling skills.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a high-performance selling environment.
• A sense of Care in communication, both written and verbal.
• The ability to charm and captivate audiences, connecting with people at all organizational levels.
• Age 18 or older and able to provide proof of identification and eligibility to work.

Qualifications

• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• A consistent schedule of at least 20 hours per week preferred, with availability for up to 30 hours per week during peak weeks.
• Regularly scheduled during peak hours or critical shifts, including weekends.

Pay

$14.10 per hour - $17.60 per hour, commensurate with experience.

Schedule

A flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays, with a typical base week of up to 12 hours and peak weeks up to 21 hours, not exceeding 30 hours per week.
