Responsibilities

• Deliver a world-class experience, surpassing sales goals, and continuously find innovative ways to engage and attract our fans (customers).
• Part of the foundation that keeps our store running smoothly as a part-time employee with consistent schedules and responsibilities, ensuring reliable support for both our team and our fans.
• Share product knowledge and inspire fans to style their jewellery, creating an unforgettable shopping moment that exceeds expectations and builds brand loyalty.
• Craft loyal fans by authentically engaging and fostering lasting connections beyond transactions.
• Uphold merchandising and retail operational standards ensuring a smooth and on-brand operation.
• Consistently deliver on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), embrace being fully cross-trained across store functions, and bring leadership potential by mentoring and supporting new team members.

Requirements

• Demonstrate results-oriented selling experience with at least 1 year in a high-performance selling environment.
• Show a sense of care in communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Show the ability to charm and captivate an audience with the ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization.
• Be at least 18 years old and able to provide proof of identification and eligibility to work.

Qualifications

• A flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Availability of at least 20 hours per week preferred.
• Regularly scheduled during peak hours or critical shifts including weekends.

Pay

$14.10 - $17.60 commensurate with experience

Schedule

A flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays. Typically up to 12 hours in base weeks, increasing to 21 hours during peak weeks (not to exceed 30 hours per week).
