About the role

Pandora is seeking a Part-Time Core Sales Associate to join our team at Pembroke Lakes Mall. This position requires the completion of an assessment after application submission.

• Uphold merchandising and retail operational standards
• Consistently deliver on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Be fully cross-trained across store functions
• Mentor and support new team members

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a high-performance selling environment
• Developed sense of care in communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Ability to charm and captivate audiences, connecting with people at all organizational levels
• At least 18 years old and able to provide proof of identification and eligibility to work

Qualifications

• Flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays
• Able to stand for extended periods
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Availability of at least 20 hours per week preferred
• Regularly scheduled during peak hours or critical shifts including weekends
