Part Time Core Sales Associate

About the Role

The Part-Time Core Sales Associate will be the ultimate Pandora Fan, delivering a world-class experience, surpassing sales goals, and continually finding innovative ways to engage and attract our fans (customers). As a Core Staff Associate, you’ll be part of the foundation that keeps our store running smoothly. Core Staff are part-time employees with consistent schedules and responsibilities, ensuring reliable support for both our team and our fans.

• Craft loyal fans by authentically engaging and fostering lasting connections beyond transactions.
• Uphold merchandising and retail operational standards to ensure a smooth, on-brand operation.
• Consistently deliver on KPIs, embrace cross-training across store functions, and mentor new team members while living our values: Dream, Care, Dare, and Deliver.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a high-performance selling environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a sense of care.
• Ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization.
• Must be at least 18 years or older and able to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
• Flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50+ pounds.
• Consistent schedule with availability of at least 20 hours per week preferred (typically up to 12 hours in base weeks, increasing to 21 hours during peak weeks, not to exceed 30 hours per week).
• Dependability to work regularly scheduled peak hours or critical shifts, including weekends.

Pay

$15.00 per hour - $17.60 per hour, commensurate with experience.

The Pandora North America team in the USA & Canada consists of more than 115 employees working at our offices in New York & Baltimore, over 80 in our Logistics Center in Columbia, Maryland, an additional 100 in field positions, and more than 3,900 in our owned and operated stores. The USA is Pandora’s single largest market. The Pandora North American region encompasses over 1,400 points of sale, including over 420 concept stores, with more than 300 being owned and operated by Pandora.
