Part Time Core Sales Associate

About the role

Pandora is seeking a Part-Time Core Sales Associate to join our team at Jordan Creek Mall. This position requires the completion of an assessment after application submission.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a high-performance selling environment
• Developed sense of care in communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to charm and captivate audiences, connecting with people at all organizational levels
• Age 18 or older and able to provide proof of identification and eligibility to work

Qualifications

• Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Able to stand for extended periods
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Availability of at least 20 hours per week preferred
• Regularly scheduled during peak hours or critical shifts including weekends

Pay

$12.00 per hour - $15.00 per hour commensurate with experience

Schedule

Typically up to 12 hours in base weeks, increasing to 21 hours during peak weeks (not to exceed 30 hours per week)
