About the role

The Part-Time Core Sales Associate at Pandora @ Paddock Mall will be responsible for delivering a world-class experience, exceeding sales goals, and engaging customers authentically. This position requires a genuine connection with customers and the ability to build brand loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Build genuine connections with customers, exceeding individual and store sales goals.
• Create an unforgettable shopping experience by displaying excellent product knowledge and fostering lasting connections beyond transactions.
• Uphold merchandising and retail operational standards to ensure a smooth and on-brand operation.
• Be fully cross-trained across store functions and mentor new team members.
• Engage with customers at all levels of the organization, demonstrating charm and captivation.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a high-performance selling environment.
• Developed sense of Care in communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to charm and captivate audiences, connecting with people at all levels of the organization.
• Age 18 or older and able to provide proof of identification and eligibility to work.

Qualifications

• Flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and arrive on time for work.
• A consistent schedule with availability of at least 20 hours per week preferred.
• Availability for extended hours during peak weeks (up to 30 hours per week).
• Dependable during peak hours or critical shifts, including weekends.

Pay

$14.10 per hour - $17.60 per hour commensurate with experience.

Schedule

A flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays. Hours typically up to 12 hours in base weeks, increasing to 21 hours during peak weeks (not to exceed 30 hours per week).
