Part Time Core Sales Associate

About the role

The Part-Time Core Sales Associate will be responsible for delivering a world-class experience, surpassing sales goals, and engaging and attracting fans (customers). You will be part of the foundation that keeps the store running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Build a genuine connection with fans by exceeding individual and store sales goals.
• Create an unforgettable shopping moment by displaying excellent product knowledge and building brand loyalty.
• Craft loyal fans by authentically engaging and fostering lasting connections beyond transactions.
• Uphold merchandising and retail operational standards to ensure a smooth and on-brand operation.
• Deliver on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), be fully cross-trained across store functions, and mentor and support new team members.

Requirements

• Demonstrate results-oriented selling experience with at least 1 year in a high-performance selling environment.
• Show a sense of care in communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Show the ability to charm and captivate audiences with the ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization.
• Be at least 18 years old and able to provide proof of identification and eligibility to work.

Qualifications

• A flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to stand for extended periods.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Availability of at least 20 hours per week preferred.
• Regularly scheduled during peak hours or critical shifts including weekends.

Pay

• $14.10 per hour - $17.60 per hour commensurate with experience.

Schedule

• A flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Typically up to 12 hours in base weeks, increasing to 21 hours during peak weeks (not to exceed 30 hours per week).
• Regularly scheduled during peak hours or critical shifts including weekends.
