Part Time Core Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Build genuine connections with fans through a world-class experience and exceeding individual and store sales goals.
• Create an unforgettable shopping moment by displaying excellent product knowledge and building brand loyalty.
• Craft loyal fans by authentically engaging and fostering lasting connections beyond transactions.
• Uphold merchandising and retail operational standards to ensure a smooth and on-brand operation.
• Deliver on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), be fully cross-trained across store functions, and mentor and support new team members.

Requirements

• Demonstrate results-oriented selling experience with at least 1 year in a high-performance selling environment.
• Show a sense of care in communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Have the ability to charm and captivate audiences, connecting with people at all organizational levels.
• Be at least 18 years old and able to provide proof of identification and eligibility to work.

Qualifications

• A flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
• The ability to stand for extended periods.
• The capability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• A consistent schedule with availability of at least 20 hours per week preferred.
• The ability to work during peak hours or critical shifts, including weekends.

Pay

• $14.10 per hour - $17.60 per hour, commensurate with experience.
