The Part-Time Core Sales Associate will be responsible for delivering a world-class experience, surpassing sales goals, and engaging fans through innovative methods. This position requires a genuine connection with customers and the ability to foster lasting relationships.

Responsibilities

• Build genuine connections with customers, exceeding individual and store sales goals.
• Create an unforgettable shopping experience by displaying excellent product knowledge and building brand loyalty.
• Craft loyal fans by authentically engaging and fostering lasting connections beyond transactions.
• Uphold merchandising and retail operational standards to ensure a smooth and on-brand operation.
• Consistently deliver on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), be fully cross-trained across store functions, and mentor and support new team members.

Requirements

• Demonstrate results-oriented selling skills with at least 1 year of experience in a high-performance selling environment.
• Show a sense of care in communication, both written and verbal.
• Have the ability to charm and captivate audiences, connecting with people at all organizational levels.
• Be at least 18 years old and able to provide proof of identification and eligibility to work.

Qualifications

• A flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and arrive on time for work.
• A consistent schedule with availability of at least 20 hours per week preferred.
• Hours typically up to 12 hours in base weeks, increasing to 21 hours during peak weeks (not to exceed 30 hours per week).
• Dependable, regularly scheduled during peak hours or critical shifts including weekends.

Pay

$12.00 per hour - $15.00 per hour commensurate with experience.

Schedule
