Part-time Cook (Senior Living Community)

About the role

Suite Living Senior Care is seeking a part‑time Cook to join our team within a senior living community that provides 32 beds in Memory Care and Assisted Living. The position works a mix of full‑day weekend shifts and half‑day weekday shifts. Menus are planned in advance; the Cook is responsible for cooking and clean‑up.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals according to pre‑planned menus for residents.
• Perform kitchen clean‑up after cooking.

Requirements

• Minimum of a high school diploma.
• Related experience as a cook, chef, dietary aide, or server (highly preferred).
• Experience in a senior‑living community (highly preferred).
• Dependable and reliable.
• Passionate about the well‑being of elderly residents.
• Adaptable/flexible with frequent shifts in direction.
• Detail‑oriented.
• Able to work autonomously with little direction.

Pay

$20–22 per hour.

Schedule

• Every other weekend: 10 AM – 6 PM (full‑day).
• Weekday shifts: 2 PM – 6 PM (half‑day).
