Responsibilities
- Affirms all dietary procedures.
- Maintains safe and effective operation of all kitchen equipment.
- Establishes food production line to ensure timely meal preparation.
- Projects a positive and proud image while interacting with potential residents and families.
- Cooks nutritious meals with high-quality presentation and flavorful dishes for residents.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Culinary Arts training preferred.
- Two years of dietary experience.
- Knowledge of dietary procedures, related laws, regulations, and guidelines.
- Leadership ability and willingness to supervise personnel.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Primarily standing position, may require prolonged standing.
