Part-Time Community Hub Associate

Qualifications

• Previous retail and/or stockroom experience with a focus on customer service.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members alike.
• Ability to unpack, organize, and lift inventory (5-50 lbs) and walk an average of 12,000 steps per shift.
• Basic computer skills, retail math knowledge, and experience with POS systems (Shopify preferred).
• Action-oriented, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Skills

Comfortable in a fast-paced, ever changing environment.

Benefits

Compensation Pay Range
This role's base hourly rate is between $14 and $16/hr. Actual hourly rate is determined based on a number of factors, including but not limited to your relevant skills, qualifications, and years of experience.

Schedule

All employees are expected to be available to work “Black Friday” (the day after US Thanksgiving) and from the second week of December (the start of the second week in period 11) until the end of the holiday season.
