Responsibilities

• Learn the complete line of transactional duties
• Perform a wide variety of customer service functions
• Learn the bank’s products and services offered
• Learn and use all applicable bank software
• Display a strong commitment to customer satisfaction
• Establish, grow, and retain customer relationships
• Develop and foster branch growth

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Excellent customer service skills
• Flexible and able to work well in a team environment
• Fully computer literate
• Prior banking experience preferred
• A clean criminal background history and satisfactory credit report are required
