Greet customers throughout the morning, handle requests such as changing Wi‑Fi codes, checking on packages, providing directions, setting up projectors, and helping customers find coffee. Connect incoming calls to other customers and verify that services are properly charged for accurate invoicing. Take a short coffee break. Sort incoming mail while addressing other customer requests and notify customers when their packages arrive. Handle afternoon customer waves, assisting with printing, invoices, and temperature issues (opening service‑portal tickets). Take another short break. Organize next week’s networking event: coordinate with the City Manager, draft e‑invites, create and post posters. Engage prospects, share details about the workspace, and encourage them to join the network for the upcoming event. At day’s end, politely ask meeting‑room groups to wrap up, direct them to a nearby restaurant for continued discussion, tidy the space, and head home.
