Part Time Community Associate

About the role

As a Community Associate, you’ll work closely with new and existing customers across a myriad of industries, creating and maintaining your own community within your center. You will help take care of all the administrative and support needs for your customers so they can focus on running their business.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple tasks while providing top-tier customer service
• Assist customers with WiFi access, package deliveries, meeting room setup (projectors, directions, etc.)
• Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate customer
• Ensure services are properly charged for accurate invoicing
• Sort and distribute mail, notifying customers of deliveries
• Assist with printing, invoicing, and resolving facility issues (e.g., temperature control)
• Open service tickets for maintenance requests
• Organize and promote center events (e.g., networking events, including planning, invitations, and signage)
• Engage with prospects to highlight the benefits of the IWG community
• Ensure the center is tidy and ready for the next day, including wrapping up meetings at close

Requirements

• 1+ years of customer service experience (preferred)
• Strong communication skills and ability to build professional relationships
• Empathy and problem-solving mindset, with a willingness to take ownership of issues
• Positive, enthusiastic, and adaptable to fast-changing situations
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic IT equipment
• Legally eligible to work in the country of application and at least 18 years old
