What You'll Do Provide personal care and assistance to patients in their homesAssist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and other activities of daily livingAssist with mobility, transfers, and positioning as directed by the plan of careProvide a safe and comfortable environment for patientsObserve patients and report changes in condition or concerns to the appropriate clinical team memberFollow individualized plans of care and established safety proceduresComplete accurate and timely visit documentationCommunicate professionally with patients, families, and members of the care teamProvide compassionate companionship and emotional support What We're Looking For Current Arizona CNA certificationPrevious home health, home care, hospice, or caregiving experience preferredMust have at least one year CNA experienceCompassionate and patient-focused approach to careDependable with strong communication skillsAbility to work independently in patients' homesValid driver's licenseReliable transportation and current auto insuranceComfortable traveling throughout the East Tucson service area Why Join Dependable Health Services?
