About the role
CNA in a senior living community, providing compassionate, person-centered care to residents.
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, toileting, mobility, and meals.
- Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff.
- Take vital signs, document care, and support restorative and memory care needs.
- Build strong relationships with residents and families, promoting dignity and safety.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure quality care.
- Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and growth opportunities in a supportive environment.
