Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor and record vital signs, mobility, and health status.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents.
- Collaborate with nurses and care teams to deliver personalized, resident-centered care.
- Ensure accurate documentation of care provided.
