About the role
Provide direct resident care as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
Responsibilities
- Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and hydration.
- Monitor residents, report condition changes, and record vital signs accurately.
- Assist with mobility, transfers, ambulation, and repositioning to promote safety and comfort.
- Maintain a clean, safe environment and ensure resident dignity, independence, and quality of life.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members, following all policies and regulations.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old with an active South Carolina CNA certification in good standing.
- Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) and skilled nursing preferred.
