About the role
A compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is responsible for delivering person-centered care in a senior living community.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, toileting, mobility, and meals.
- Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff.
- Take vital signs and document care accurately.
- Support restorative and memory care needs.
- Build strong relationships with residents and their families, promoting dignity and safety.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure quality care.
