Role Overview

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides essential patient care tasks under the supervision of a registered nurse. They support nursing staff by maintaining a safe, clean, and organized environment to facilitate quality care delivery.

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient activities and basic care tailored to individual needs
• Support nursing personnel in delivering compassionate care
• Ensure a safe and organized environment for patients and staff

Qualifications & Skills

• Montana Nursing Assistant Certification License upon hire
• National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• Minimum of 6 months of relevant experience
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment

Pay

Compensation ranges from $17.03 to $26.06 per hour, with potential additional incentives.

Schedule

This role is on-site, part-time, and involves night shifts.
