Key Responsibilities
- Deliver First Class Service to all guests, consistently demonstrating professionalism and hospitality
- Greet guests, present menus, answer questions, and provide recommendations to enhance the dining experience
- Accurately take, input, and deliver food and beverage orders in a timely manner
- Maintain full knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and all beverage offerings (including alcohol)
- Process payments and handle cash in accordance with company Cash Handling and Loss Prevention procedures
- Execute point-of-sale transactions accurately and efficiently
- Create guest loyalty through engagement and suggestive selling techniques
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked work area
- Complete all assigned side work, including cleaning and restocking duties
- Support overall restaurant operations (e.g., seating guests, answering phones, assisting team members as needed)
- Address and resolve guest concerns professionally and escalate when necessary
- Ensure responsible alcohol service and maintain required certifications
- Comply with all food safety standards and applicable local, state, and federal regulations
Position Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Previous restaurant experience preferred
- Experience handling cash and using POS systems preferred
- Must have open availability Sunday–Saturday for closing shifts (12:30 PM – last flight)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and operational needs
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- Basic math, reading, and writing proficiency required
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks including bending, reaching, lifting (up to 25 lbs), and walking long distances
