What You'll Do
- Deliver a high-energy, professional front desk and guest check-in experience
- Process transactions, manage POS systems, and answer member inquiries
- Lead engaging facility tours and drive membership sales through consultative conversations
- Assist with scheduling and registration for leagues, clinics, lessons, and tournaments
- Support retail and pro shop operations, including merchandising and inventory restocking
- Maintain cleanliness and organization across the facility, including food and beverage areas
- Build strong relationships with members to enhance retention and community engagement
- Support daily operations and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, team-driven environment

Qualifications
- Reliable, motivated, and confident in customer-facing environments
- Strong communication skills, a team-first mindset, and the ability to adapt in a fast-moving setting
- Experience in sales, hospitality, fitness, or sports environments is a plus, but not required
