About the role

Shape future nurses through hands-on clinical instruction in local healthcare facilities. Mentor, inspire, and evaluate nursing students during clinical rotations, support student learning by addressing academic or behavioral challenges, contribute to curriculum development and program improvements, maintain professional growth, and stay current with clinical best practices. Participate in university events such as staff meetings and ceremonies.

Qualifications

• Unencumbered RN license in Ohio
• Master’s degree in Nursing
• 2–3 years of clinical nursing experience
• Preferred: 2–3 years of teaching experience
