Part-Time Clinical Nursing Instructor

About the role

We are seeking a Part-Time Clinical Nursing Faculty to mentor and teach nursing students in real-world clinical settings within Columbus and Cleveland areas.

Responsibilities

• Guide students through hands-on clinical instruction in local healthcare facilities
• Inspire, mentor, and evaluate future nursing professionals
• Support student learning by addressing academic or behavioral challenges and providing remediation
• Contribute to curriculum development and program improvement
• Maintain professional growth and stay current with clinical best practices
• Participate in university events such as staff meetings, ceremonies, and graduations

Qualifications

• Unencumbered RN license in Ohio
• Master’s degree in Nursing
• 2–3 years of clinical nursing experience
• Preferred: 2–3 years of teaching experience
