Part-Time Client Service Associate/Teller (25 Hours) - Round Valley/Eagar (AZ)

National Bank of Arizona is looking for a seasoned Part-Time Client Service Associate (Teller) to join Arizona’s #1 Community Bank in our Round Valley/Eagar branch. Responsibilities

• Accurately process debit and credit transactions in compliance with established policies and procedures while maintaining an acceptable balancing record.
• Identify and address clients' needs by providing services such as opening new accounts, issuing counter checks, performing account maintenance, issuing/activating ATM cards, performing money transfers, ordering checks, receiving loan payments, etc.
• Resolve clients’ problems either through direct personal action or referral to alternative branch or bank resources.
• Identify and maximize cross-sell opportunities for the bank by exploring client needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Some cashiering, customer service, balancing, or other related experience.
• Basic knowledge of math, cashiering, balancing, debits, credits, bank products, and/or banking.
• Solid balancing and customer service skills.
• Ability to cross-sell bank products based on client's needs.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.

Schedule

Monday - Friday: 10:00 A.M. – 3:00 P.M.; 25 hrs./wk. Must be able to work a flexible schedule within the hours listed above.

Pay

$17.00 – $21.75 per hour, depending on experience.
