About the role

National Bank of Arizona is looking for a seasoned Part-Time Client Service Associate (Teller) to join Arizona’s #1 Community Bank in our Sierra Vista branch. Responsibilities

  • Accurately process debit and credit transactions in compliance with established policies and procedures, while maintaining an acceptable balancing record.
  • Identify and address clients' needs by providing a variety of services, including opening new accounts, issuing counter checks, performing account maintenance, issuing/activating ATM cards, performing money transfers, ordering checks, and receiving loan payments.
  • Resolve clients’ problems either through direct personal action or referral to alternative branch or bank resources.
  • Identify and maximize cross-sell opportunities for the bank by exploring client needs.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Some cashiering, customer service, balancing, or other related experience.
  • Basic knowledge of math, cashiering, balancing, debits, credits, bank products, and/or banking.
  • Solid balancing and customer service skills.
  • Ability to cross-sell bank products based on client's needs.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.

Schedule

Monday - Friday: 8:15 A.M. – 5:15 P.M.; 20 hrs./wk. Must be able to work a flexible schedule within the hours listed above.

Pay

Pay range: $17.00 – $21.75 per hour, depending on experience.
