Responsibilities

• Leadership and Supervision: Lead and supervise a team of cleaning associates to uphold high standards of cleanliness during weekend shifts Motivate and guide the team to ensure effective task execution
• Cleaning Operations Management: Monitor and enforce adherence to quality standards and La Vaquita safety protocols
• Training and Mentorship: Provide training and mentorship to cleaning staff, instilling best practices and safety protocols in accordance with La Vaquita Standards Foster a positive and collaborative work environment
• Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections during weekend shifts to maintain quality control Promptly address any deficiencies and implement corrective actions
• Inventory Control: Manage inventory control related to cleaning supplies and equipment during weekend shifts Collaborate with procurement to ensure adequate stock levels
• Collaboration and Optimization: Collaborate with management to optimize cleaning procedures specifically for weekend efficiency Contribute ideas for process improvements and resource optimization
• Safety and Compliance: Maintain a safe and healthy work environment during weekend shifts, adhering to company policies and regulations Ensure the team follows all safety protocols and guidelines

Requirements

• Previous experience supervising a team of 10-20 associates in a cleaning or related environment
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team
• Proficiency in inventory control related to cleaning supplies and equipment
• Flexibility to work part-time hours during weekends, totaling 16 hours
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is mandatory
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards

Schedule

Part-time weekend schedule: 16 hours over two days (weekends mandatory).
