Part Time Child Care Assistant
About the role
We’re seeking a kind, dependable, and compassionate Child Care Assistant to join our close-knit community. At LHGS, our childcare environment feels like home — a place where children feel safe, supported, and genuinely loved. You’ll play an important role in their daily routines, learning moments, and milestones while becoming a trusted part of each family’s support system.
This is a permanent position with the potential to become full-time over time. Training and ongoing support are provided — no need to have it all figured out on day one!
Schedule
- Part-Time: 20–29 hours per week
- Full-Time: 30–40 hours per week (potential over time)
- Some evening shifts and occasional weekends required
Pay
$16.18–$19.73 per hour (depending on experience)
Shift differentials offered.
