Part-Time Chaplain

About the role

Care and compassion brought to the workplace by Chaplains at CCA. Promote a missionary mindset, provide on-call support, and build clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Follow CCA Team Member Handbook and training materials
• Provide on-call support to assigned employees and owners
• Build and maintain clear two-way communication and trust
• Display and promote a team player attitude with fellow chaplains and managers
• Comply with requests and direction from senior CCA leaders

Requirements

• Minimum of 5-7 years of full-time secular workplace experience
• Minimum of a bachelor's degree in biblical studies from an accredited college or university, Master of Divinity preferred
• Required technology skills including computer use and software proficiency
• Ability to serve employees through personal and professional crises
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with variable situations
• Ability to interpret instructions in various forms

Qualifications

Denominational Ordination (optional)

Appropriate State Driver's License
