About the role
Join a dedicated team as a Nursing Assistant (NA) in a long-term care facility serving seniors in a compassionate, Christian environment.
Responsibilities
- providing resident-centered care such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and assisting with mobility and daily activities
- recording vital signs and health information
- supporting psychosocial well-being
- assisting with meals and hydration
- ensuring a clean, safe living environment
- assisting with documentation
- communicating resident needs to nursing staff
- participating in recreational and wellness activities
- supporting departmental initiatives
Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Current CNA certification in Minnesota or the ability to obtain it within 4 months
- Prior experience in long-term care is preferred
- Complete annual competency testing
- Maintain continuing education credits
- Follow infection control policies
