Brief Description

Fred Beans Hyundai of Doylestown is hiring a Part-Time Cashier/Receptionist.

Schedule

  • Candidates must be available to work all day on Fridays.
  • This part-time position offers approximately 10 to 25 hours per week.

Compensation

$18.00 per hour

What You'll Do

  • Answer the phones promptly.
  • Aid the Service Department with finalizing customer service, wait on customers at the end of their service.
  • Close out repair orders in computer.
  • Prepare and make deposits.
  • File assorted documents for both service and accounting departments.
  • Prepare pre-write appointment packets for the next day’s service appointments.
  • Input of additional service requests.

Requirements

  • Proven customer service skills of at least 1 year
  • Pleasant and professional phone manners
  • Attention to detail and administrative filing
  • Ability to lift up to 10lbs
