About the role
Immediate openings are available for a part-time position as a Cashier or Courtesy Patrol Team Member at Menards. This role plays an important part in the Customer Experience, providing fun, fast, and friendly customer service at the register and service desk, and assisting customers with loading their purchases.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service at the register and service desk
- Aid customers with loading their purchases
- Keep the parking lot clean and clear
- Assist at the register when needed to minimize waiting times
Requirements
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- High school diploma or equivalent
Qualifications
- Experience in retail or customer service is a plus
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Basic computer skills
