Part-Time Cashier & Front End Team

About the role

Immediate openings are available for Part-Time Cashier and Front End Team positions at Menards. These roles are part of the Front End Team, which plays important roles in the Customer Experience.

Responsibilities

• Cashier: Provide fun, fast, and friendly customer service at the register and service desk.
• Courtesy Patrol: Assist customers with loading their purchases, keep the parking lot clean and clear, and assist at the register when needed to ensure no waiting for savings.

Requirements

• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends.
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
