About the role

Part‑time Cashier and Front End Team Member positions at Menards. Immediate openings available. Team members contribute to the customer experience by providing fast, friendly service at the register and service desk, or assisting with loading purchases, keeping the parking lot clean, and supporting registers as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate cash register and service desk, delivering fun, fast, and friendly customer service.
• Assist customers with loading purchases and maintain a clean, clear parking lot (Courtesy Patrol).
• Support registers during peak times to ensure no waiting for savings.
• Participate in on‑the‑job training to build retail skills.
