About the role

Immediate openings are available for part-time Cashier and Front End Team positions at Menards. These roles are essential in providing a fun, fast, and friendly customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Cashier: Provide fun, fast, and friendly customer service at the register and service desk.
• Courtesy Patrol: Assist customers with loading their purchases, keeping the parking lot clean and clear, and assist at the register when needed.

Requirements

• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends.
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail is a plus but not required.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 pounds.

Skills

• Customer service orientation.
• Basic computer skills.
