Part Time Caregiver - Ronald, WA

About the Role

Our Yakima branch is looking for caregivers who live in Cle Elum, Roslyn, Ronald, and surrounding locations. We have a client specifically in the Ronald, WA area. We require a Driver's License, Auto Insurance, and a vehicle, as our clients need assistance with transportation. We reimburse $0.60 per mile.

Current needs include:

• Caregivers who are available on weekends
• Day and swing shifts (no overnights)
• Caregivers who have Nurse Delegation Certification
• Shifts vary from 4 to 6 hours (e.g., 8a-12p, 1p-7p, 4p-6p)
• Caregivers who can transport clients in their vehicle to appointments or grocery shopping (mileage reimbursed)

Responsibilities

Our caregivers support their clients in activities of daily living such as (but not limited to):

• Household chores (cleaning, laundry, dishes, etc.)
• Cooking and/or serving meals
• Helping clients bathe, dress, and groom
• Providing companionship through daily activities and hobbies
• Driving clients (as needed) to the store or appointments
• Monitoring and reporting on their condition

Requirements

• 18 years or older
• Ability to pass a state and national background check
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and clean driving record
• Ability to complete state-required caregiver/HCA training as needed

Pay

$18–$20/hr with shift differentials up to $21.50/hr.

Additional Information

Our hiring process is fast and simple. If hired, you will be scheduled for orientation at your branch. If you do not have a current HCA or CNA license, you will be required to enroll in our HCA training program (due to state requirements). You can complete the training while working and will have 120 days to finish it.
