Part Time Caregiver - Ellensburg

Where You Will Work

Our Yakima branch is looking for caregivers who live and are willing to work in Ellensburg and surrounding locations. Other locations include Cle Elum, Easton, Ronald, Roslyn, and Thorp.

Certification Support

We offer Home Care Aide (HCA) training! Start working right away while completing your HCA through a self‑paced and online training course.

Pay Rate

$18.25‑$21+ per hour, depending on client care level and shift type.

Specific Requirements

• WA state driver’s license and auto insurance with a reliable vehicle.
• We reimburse $0.60 per mile for transporting clients.

Availability

Needed Mon‑Fri 8 am to 8 pm; Sat‑Sun 8 am to 8 pm. Part‑time hours only.

Job Duties

• Household chores (cleaning, laundry, dishes, etc.)
• Cooking and/or serving meals
• Helping clients bathe, dress, and groom
• Providing companionship through daily activities and hobbies
• Driving clients (as needed) to the store or appointments
• Monitoring and reporting on their condition
• Other duties as assigned

Additional Information

Our hiring process is fast and simple. Apply and a recruiter in your region will connect with you to schedule a phone interview. If hired, you will be scheduled for orientation at your branch. After completing onboarding, orientation, and training, you can start working with clients.

If you do not have a current HCA or CNA license, you will be required to enroll in our HCA training program (state requirement). You can complete the training while working and will have 120 days to finish it.

Requirements

• 18 years or older
• Ability to pass a state and national background check
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and clean driving record
• Ability to complete state‑required caregiver/HCA training as needed
