Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Help with meals and create an enjoyable dining experience.
• Build meaningful relationships through conversation and companionship.
• Encourage residents to participate in activities and maintain independence.
• Respond promptly to resident needs and call lights.
• Monitor residents and report any changes in condition.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
• Support residents with dignity, respect, patience, and kindness.
• Work closely with nurses and fellow team members to provide exceptional care.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• State‑required Caregiver certification (or ability to obtain if applicable).
• Current CPR/First Aid certification.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to meet physical requirements, including frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, reaching, and assisting residents with transfers and mobility.
