About the role
Provide compassionate care to individuals in their homes, focusing on daily living activities, medication management, and social interaction.
Responsibilities
- Assist with personal hygiene and grooming
- Monitor and administer medications as prescribed
- Encourage social engagement and maintain a positive environment
- Perform light housekeeping tasks as needed
- Communicate regularly with clients' families and healthcare providers
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Experience in caregiving or related field preferred
- Pass a background check and criminal history review
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills for scheduling and record-keeping
