We seek compassionate individuals to provide hands-on support to seniors, fostering dignity, safety, and independence. As a Caregiver, you will assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility, following individualized care plans and documenting changes. Your role includes engaging residents through conversation and activities, supporting dining services, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment. In Memory Care, you will create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED, age 18+
- CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain
- Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills
Responsibilities
- Assist with personal care and daily activities
- Follow and document care plans
- Promote safety, dignity, and independence
- Engage residents and support dining services
- Communicate effectively with families and care team members
- Support memory care residents with enriching activities
