Part-time Caregiver

Role Overview The Caregiver provides hands-on support to seniors, promoting dignity, safety, and independence in daily activities. Key responsibilities include assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care, while following Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and documenting changes. The role involves engaging residents through conversation and activities, supporting dining services, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment. In Memory Care, caregivers create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss. Effective communication with families and care teams is essential. Qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED, age 18+, and CPR/First Aid certification or the ability to obtain it.
