Part-time Caregiver

Role Overview The Caregiver provides hands-on support to senior residents, fostering meaningful relationships and promoting quality of life. Key responsibilities include assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care, following individualized service plans, and documenting changes. They promote safety, dignity, and independence while engaging residents through conversation and activities. In Memory Care, they create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss. Effective communication with families and care team members is essential, along with maintaining a clean, welcoming environment and supporting dining services.
