Part-Time Caregiver and QMAP

Role: Provide personalized care to assisted living residents, promoting their independence and well-being. Responsibilities Assist residents with personal care and daily activities.Support residents' independence and overall quality of life.Perform delegated treatments and record vital signs and services.Report changes or concerns to supervisors promptly.Conduct light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean environment. Qualifications & Skills Training for QMAP provided after 90 days.CPR certification required if applicable.Strong communication and compassionate care skills.
