Part Time Call Center

Role

Place outbound calls to homeowners (no cold calling – all leads are provided).

Engage with homeowners to understand their needs and answer basic questions.

Clearly explain the benefits of a free in-home inspection.

Schedule inspection appointments at times convenient for the homeowner.

Document all interactions and update scheduling systems accurately.

Maintain a professional, friendly demeanor.

• PT Shift 1 (Thurs, Fri, Sat): Starting at $19.00/hr + Uncapped Bonus!
• PT Shift 2 (Sat, Sun, Mon): Starting at $19.00/hr + Uncapped Bonus!

• PT Shift 1: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
• PT Shift 2: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
