Part-Time Busser- Loverboy

About the Role

Loverboy, a new restaurant concept from the team behind Box St. All Day and No Risk No Magic Hospitality Group, is set to open at Pearl on November 2, 2026. We are seeking a Busser who takes pride in providing a clean and welcoming environment for our guests.

Responsibilities

• Set up and clean the dining area before and after shifts
• Assist service staff with maintaining non-alcoholic beverages for guests
• Maintain a neat and organized work area, including the dining room, server stations, patio, and dish pit
• Deliver cleaned glassware from the dish area to the appropriate front-of-house locations
• Support service staff in providing an exceptional guest experience
• Follow safety and sanitation rules and practices

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age
• Must have a Food Handlers certification before employment begins
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Proficiency with POS (cash register) and credit/debit card processing
• Punctual and reliable attendance
• Well-groomed and professionally dressed, adhering to uniform standards
• Attention to detail and a passion for serving guests
• Positive and professional attitude

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Capability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions during shifts
