Responsibilities
- Daily cleaning of interior and exterior areas
- Operating cleaning equipment
- Performing seasonal tasks like landscaping and snow removal
- Moving furniture, supplies, and equipment
- Managing waste and restocking restrooms
- Supporting building operations
- Operating company vehicles for transporting materials
- Assisting with general maintenance duties
The role demands physical activity, including lifting up to 50 pounds, and outdoor work in varying weather conditions.
Requirements
- High school diploma
- Knowledge of OSHA, WISHA, and maintenance best practices
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to operate maintenance and office equipment and use Microsoft Office
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to travel locally and perform physical tasks, including lifting
- Ability to pass background checks and drug screening
