About the Role

Planet Nugg is looking for a dependable, personable, and motivated Budtender to join our growing team at our Aquebogue, NY dispensary. If you thrive in a fast-paced retail environment and enjoy helping customers feel educated, welcomed, and confident, this is a great opportunity to grow your career in the cannabis industry. Previous cannabis product knowledge is a plus, but professionalism, integrity, and a genuine willingness to learn are just as important. Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming, informed, and efficient customer experience before, during, and after each sale.
• Build and maintain strong knowledge of cultivars, products, brands, and current inventory.
• Participate in ongoing product education and training.
• Follow all operational rules, regulations, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Work collaboratively with the team to keep daily operations running smoothly and efficiently.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and guest-ready store.

Qualifications

• 21+ years of age
• Retail or other customer-facing experience preferred
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Confidence, dedication, integrity, and a willingness to learn
• Legally authorized to work in the US
• Must have weekend availability
